• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
